I love me a #BAS (big ass salad).
Of course a wicked salad dressing is required for any great #BAS. Ginger, sesame, and soy is one of favourite combinations… This salad dressing really is THE BEST! I make it over any other salad dressing 90% of the time. :)
Ginger, Sesame, & Soy Salad Dressing
Ingredients:
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup sesame oil
1/3 cup rice vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp ginger, grated
Pinch of stevia, to your desired sweetness
Add all ingredients to a glass jar. Shake to combine. Drizzle over salad.
Store covered in refrigerator. Tastes even better after a few days. :)
